Kaleem Malik MD, MS, FAAEM

Dr. Kaleem Malik is a co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Trilab Health. He specializes as a residency-trained Emergency Medicine/Trauma Physician with over 20 years of professional experience in various hospital and healthcare leadership roles, including Director of Trauma, Chief Medical Officer, Department Chairman and CEO. His work as a teacher, mentor and clinical instructor is directed at creating innovations in Emergency Medicine and Healthcare Management.

Dr. Malik is the Director for Medical Disaster Response for Humanity First, USA and the Course Director for Disaster Response Training (DRT). He is an avid supporter of global humanitarian efforts and has supported several agencies delivering humanitarian relief efforts, such as holding the position of HF EMT Medical Lead under the United Nations WHO/PAHO in the Bahamas for the victims of Hurricane Dorian. He has also assisted NGOs with efforts in South America, Guatemala, Africa, Sub-Indian Continent, Bosnia, Turkey, and Indonesia. Dr. Malik is the recipient of the 2020 Red Cross Heroes of the Year Award for Humanitarian Service in Disasters.

Dr. Malik has collaborated with hospitals and providers throughout the Chicagoland area by providing a public voice at numerous forums for underserved communities. He has devoted his career to the care of the most vulnerable patient populations and has introduced greater awareness within the healthcare community to exercise parity in the area of addiction, medication misuse and the current opioid crisis.

Sameer Naseeruddin MD, ABIM, ABVLM

Dr. Sameer Naseeruddin is a co-founder and Chief Financial Officer of Trilab Health. He has 20 years of clinical medical experience from an Internal Medicine Residency at John H. Stroger/Cook County Hospital of Chicago, IL, practicing evidence-based medicine in Schaumburg, IL, and overseeing a large multi-specialty group practice specializing in Primary Care, Venous Medicine and Interventional Pain Management. Dr. Naseeruddin is on staff with the Amita network including, Alexian Brothers and St. Alexius Medical Center and is also on staff at Northwest Community Hospital.

Currently, Dr. Naseeruddin holds certifications by the American Board of Internal Medicine, the American Board of Venous and Lymphatic Medicine, and is an official US Civil Surgeon by the Department of Homeland Security. He is multi-lingual with complete fluency in Spanish and Hindi/Urdu. He is a native to the Chicagoland area having grown up in Schaumburg, IL. Dr. Naseeruddin’s interest is wellness and he maintains an avid fitness and exercise regimen.

Patrick Sorrentino MHA, ACHE

Patrick Sorrentino is the President and co-founder of Trilab. He has over 30 years of progressive and diversified healthcare experience holding executive management positions with Tenet Healthcare, Rush University Medical Center and MacNeal Health Network. As the President of Trilab, Sorrentino has aligned and empowered a highly talented and experienced team to deliver quality results to help promote quality patient care and deliver true client value. Patrick has a passion for improving patient care and has devoted his entire career, working alongside physicians, to advancing this important mission. He resides in the Chicago suburbs with his wife and 3 children and enjoys spending time with his family and traveling.

Patrick brings his passion, compassion, and experience to Trilab Health and offers clients a comprehensive and technically advanced means of providing optimization to its partner organizations.
