Who We Are

Trilab Health is a high complexity, COLA accredited and CLIA certified reference laboratory with 11 locations across the Chicagoland area. Trilab Health deliver quantitative urine drug testing, COVID-19 Testing, customized medication monitoring and personalized medication monitoring along with support services to physicians and their patients.

Our Mission

We founded Trilab Health as a response to the substance abuse and opioid epidemic, as well as a resource for physicians to routinely monitor their patients and help them achieve the best possible outcomes. We have built our company to help foster a respectful and supportive relationship with the best and most accurate data for each patient.
