Arlene Figueroa is the assistant specimen intake supervisor at Trilab. She brings to Trilab over 10 years of client and management experience. Arlene’s experience at numerous area hospitals has helped her find ways to work quickly and efficiently while still being compassionate and attentive to each patient’s needs. At Trilab, she supports the accessioning manager by enforcing the best practices that have been established by the Trilab senior management. Arlene is nimble and has demonstrated her advanced ability to communicate and resolve any issues that arise in the accessioning process. Through it all, Arlene shows time and time again that she is a cherished team member at Trilab.
